Purpose of Certificate Verification

Certificate verification enables employers, learners, and partner institutions to confirm that a qualification has been:

  • Issued to the rightful learner.
  • Recorded in the OSHAcademics certification database.
  • Compliant with quality assurance and accreditation requirements.

Online Verification

  • Visit the official verification page.
  • Enter the learner’s Certificate Number.
  • Click Verify Now to display the verification results instantly.

Displayed Information Includes:

  • Learner’s Name
  • Certificate Number
  • Course Title & Duration (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour General Industry)
  • Issue Date
  • Verification Status (Active / inactive)

Email Verification (Manual Confirmation)

If online verification is not accessible, verification can be done via email.

Required Details:

  • Clear scanned copy of the certificate
  • Learner’s full name
  • Course name and certificate number
  • Training Centre and Issue Date

Verification results are sent back within 48 working hours by the Certification Department.

Training Partner Verification (Internal Access)

Approved OSHAcademics Training Centres have authorized access to the verification system to confirm certificate details of their own trainees.
